Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Delta, Electron, Solo, Fortoak, direct bank transfer and personal cheques. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When paying via bank transfer or personal cheque goods will not be shipped until funds have cleared.
Shipping And Handling
This online store only allows delivery to the UK. For orders elsewhere in the world please phone, fax or email us.
FREE delivery of all orders valued over £100.
Orders below £100 will be charged @ £5.30 postage with exception to several smaller products within the store for which this will be less than £5.30. The postage is calculated in the payment area.
Next day delivery can be arranged for most items at an additional cost. Prices on application.
For Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Scilly Isles, other non-mainland UK, and International Orders, you will be advised of the shipping costs by email before you are billed. For this reason, and due to longer distance deliveries, non-UK and international orders will take a little longer.
Firstly we calculate the shipping costs for your chosen destination and/or product, then send you an email to let you know. In this email there's a link for you to click if you agree, which lets us know you have approved the charges. Then, and only then, we take payment and the shipping process starts.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 28 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
All orders have 17.5% VAT included.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's guarantee for a period of 12 months. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. Cosmetic damage is not covered. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.

Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your product (s) you should return the item (s) within 14 days of receipt. The item (s) must be returned in an unused condition and in the original packaging.
Where the product is not faulty in any way the return carriage costs will be borne by the customer. Original postage and package costs will not be refunded.
If goods are damaged or faulty in any way or do not match the description given at time of sale then they should be returned to Swimming Pool Supplier. You will usually be offered an exchange, subject to availability. If you reject this offer, we will process a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Where products are damaged or faulty the return carriage costs will be borne by Portrait Pools And Enclosures Ltd.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
